Medical Record Review
& Medical History Analysis
Medical Record Review and Analysis consists of a thorough review of all information contained in the case from the moment of injury until present time. This information is gathered, analyzed and then presented back to the client with a thorough explanation of the findings. The review will be submitted in writing, as well as verbally explained during consultation if needed. More often than not, there can be conflicting information in the medical history that may effect the outcome of the case. For example, does the initial medical history performed following the injury or accident support the radiological findings and subsequent surgeries performed months or even years later? Did the initial complaints by the injured person describe a low back injury with L2/3 radicular symptoms yet the surgery performed was a fusion of L5/S1? Too often the minor details are missed. We can find these details and support the findings with medical facts.
